## What the research covers

GHK-Cu is a three-amino-acid peptide bound to copper. It occurs in human plasma, and levels fall with age. In cell studies it raised collagen output from skin cells at very low levels. The best human data is topical: trials of about 12 weeks measured skin density, firmness and line depth. Hair data is thinner, with one cell culture study. None of this makes it an approved medicine.
